Job Description:

Knowledge/Skills

  • This role is responsible for managing and executing sourcing strategies across a broad range of indirect categories, including MRO, Facilities, Construction, Machining, CAPEX, HR services, and Electronic Spares.
  • The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, supplier management expertise, and the ability to lead cost reduction and process improvement initiatives that support business objectives.

Work Activities

Lead sourcing and procurement initiatives for indirect categories, ensuring cost-effectiveness, quality, and timely delivery.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Engineering, Operations, Facilities, HR, Finance) to understand requirements and align procurement strategies.
Develop and manage supplier relationships, including negotiations, contract management, performance tracking, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Support key capital investment projects (CAPEX), including sourcing of machinery, tooling, and infrastructure needs.
Manage procurement activities for facility expansions, construction projects, and equipment installations.
Analyze spend data to identify savings opportunities, consolidate suppliers, and reduce total cost of ownership.
