Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Guest Service Manager located in Ensenada, BCN. The Guest Service Manager will oversee and manage all aspects of guest services to ensure an exceptional experience. Responsibilities include coordinating guest check-ins and check-outs, handling inquiries and complaints, managing guest reservations, and supervising the guest services team. The role also involves maintaining high standards of hospitality, collaborating with other departments, and ensuring that the club's policies and guidelines are upheld.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills for delivering excellent guest experiences
  • Proficiency in team management, leadership, and conflict resolution
  • Organizational and time management skills to handle reservations, schedule tasks, and ensure timely guest services
  • Knowledge of hospitality standards, guest satisfaction practices, and commitment to service excellence
  • Professional proficiency in English and Spanish to efficiently communicate with a diverse clientele
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • A Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in a guest service role or within the hospitality sector is considered advantageous
