What you will do

  • Daily report maintenance (Download data, analysis and clean up).
  • Purchase order follow up with internal and external suppliers to update data for MX Core Business.
  • Inventory shift review with Sales department for older orders
  • Key meetings with MX Core Business, to present order management, follow up, urgencies request and support within the area and internal departments
  • Concurrent meetings with top internal suppliers for updates, escalation request and related matters for information required to update reports and business
  • Management Sales Request and Urgent matters for the day and new follow up to add into track.
  • Team up with internal departments (import, warehouse, tech support, sales team)
  • Revision for Daily mail activities for report update and various matters.

What we look for

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in supply chain analysis or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsible of Planning and control of inventories to supply the business, analyzing information for stock supply according to history and demand, preventing shortages or overdemand.


• Maple (dispute) Report Update, (download data, analysis, and clean up)

• Key meetings  with NOLA top 10 dispute countries
