Channel Analyst & Demand Planner
que contribuya al crecimiento y eficiencia de la organización a través del desarrollo de pronósticos de demanda, estrategias de canal y control de inventarios globales.

El candidato ideal deberá tener una mentalidad analítica, orientación a resultados y habilidades sólidas para coordinar múltiples regiones y productos.

Responsabilidades principales

  • Desarrollar el Forecast de demanda y el plan de reabastecimiento (Replenishment Plan) para diferentes regiones del mundo.
  • Participar en la certificación e introducción de nuevos productos, asegurando el cumplimiento de estándares globales.
  • Generar propuestas estratégicas por canal de venta, alineadas a los objetivos de negocio y tendencias de mercado.
  • Dar seguimiento a ventas e inventarios, detectando oportunidades y desviaciones frente al plan.
  • Gestionar la creación de pedidos y altas de producto en sistema ERP o plataformas de gestión.
  • Elaborar, mantener y analizar reportes de desempeño comercial, ventas, rotación e indicadores de cumplimiento.
  • Colaborar estrechamente con las áreas de Marketing, Ventas, Supply Chain y Finanzas para asegurar la disponibilidad y precisión de la información.

Requisitos:

  • Licenciatura en Administración, Comercio Internacional, Ingeniería Industrial, Economía o afín.
  • Mínimo 1 a 2 años de experiencia en planeación de demanda, análisis de canales o posiciones similares.
  • Experiencia en Forecasting, Replenishment, Control de Inventarios y manejo de datos comerciales.
  • Conocimiento en ERP (SAP, Oracle, u otros) y herramientas analíticas (Excel avanzado, Power BI, etc.).
  • Inglés avanzado (capaz de comunicarse con equipos internacionales).
  • Fuertes habilidades analíticas, pensamiento estratégico y orientación a resultados.
