Infosys –– Salesforce Technology Lead
- An experienced Salesforce Automotive Cloud SME to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Salesforce Automotive Cloud based eCommerce solutions.
- The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of both Salesforce architecture and the automotive industry's unique customer journeys, D2C commerce and data models.
- The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners to deliver scalable CRM solutions that enhance customer engagement and drive operational efficiency across the automotive lifecycle.
- Strong understanding of automotive industry operations, including OEM-dealer relationships, vehicle lifecycle, and customer experience challenges.
- Hands-on experience with Automotive Data Foundation (ADF), Lead & Opportunity Management, and Vehicle Graphs.
- Experience in integrating Salesforce with DMS, ERP, and marketing automation platforms.
- Serve as the primary subject matter expert on Salesforce Automotive Cloud and related technologies.
- Design, implement, and manage scalable CRM solutions tailored to automotive use cases (e.g., sales, service, connected vehicle, digital retail).
- Translate business requirements into system design, configuration, and customized solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, service, IT) to define and improve customer journeys.
- Integrate Salesforce with Dealer Management Systems (DMS), IoT platforms, CDPs, ERP, and third-party tools.
- Develop and optimize data models for vehicles, households, dealers, and service events using the Automotive Data Foundation (ADF).
- Leverage Einstein AI, CRM Analytics, and automation to drive personalization and insights.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Conduct workshops, training, and enablement sessions for users and stakeholders.

Qualifications BasicBachelor's degree in computer science or related field with 10+ years of experience in Salesforce ecosystem with at least 3+ years specifically in Salesforce Automotive Cloud & Commerce Cloud.Mandatory Skillsets: Salesforce certifications (must have)Salesforce Automotive Cloud 7 Modules completed (Partner Learning Camp) and Trailhead modules Salesforce Commerce Cloud Salesforce Order Management SystemsOther Relevant ExperienceProficient in English communicationExperience working as part of a Scrum team practicing Agile development methodologies.Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environmentAbility to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environmentAbout Us
