Mission of the Role:To lead advanced electronic circuit analysis and validation efforts, ensuring robust product performance and reliability through deep technical expertise, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement in failure mode analysis and testing methodologies.

Key Objectives of this Role:

  • Drive root cause analysis and resolution of electronic product failures.
  • Establish and maintain rigorous product analysis and reporting processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product quality and reliability.
  • Lead simulation, testing, and validation of electronic circuits to meet design and performance standards.

Key Performance Indicators

  • % of failure modes resolved within target timeframes.
  • Accuracy and completeness of product analysis reports.
  • Number of validated test procedures implemented.
  • Reduction in recurring electronic component failures.
  • Stakeholder satisfaction score (internal and external).
  • Time-to-resolution for critical product issues.

Key Year One Deliverables:

  • Establish a standardized process for failure mode analysis and reporting.
  • Complete root cause analysis for top 5 recurring product failures.
  • Develop and validate simulation models for critical electronic circuits.
  • Implement at least 3 new test procedures for circuit validation.
  • Deliver training or documentation to cross-functional teams on analysis tools and methods.
  • Achieve measurable improvement in product reliability metrics.

Qualification, Experience and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field.
  • 6–8 years of experience in electronics development and circuit analysis.
  • Proficient in using test equipment and electronic lab tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Experience with circuit simulation tools and methodologies.
  • Background in test design and validation.
  • Advanced understanding of electronic principles and components.
  • Passion for continuous learning and development in electronics.
