What You Will Enjoy Doing

  • Design and Manage Procurement Reporting. Develop and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and performance reports across clusters, regions, and categories to provide clear visibility on procurement performance.
  • Lead Spend and Savings Analysis. Conduct global spend analyses, validate and track savings in coordination with Finance, and support annual procurement budgeting and target setting.
  • Ensure Data Governance and Reporting Accuracy. Maintain high-quality procurement data through structured master data governance, aligned with ERP and BI systems (e.g., MS Dynamics D365, Power BI).
  • Provide Strategic Decision Support. Deliver data-driven insights to support strategic sourcing decisions, supplier negotiations, and financial impact assessments of procurement initiatives.
  • Support Global Procurement Projects. Monitor progress and performance of global initiatives (e.g., category management, sustainability goals), acting as PMO support where needed.

What makes you great

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Actuary, Big Data, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in procurement, finance, controlling, or business analysis roles, ideally in a multinational environment.
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes, performance levers, and financial metrics.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., MS Dynamics, SAP) and BI tools (e.g., Power BI).
