The Role

You'll be our fraud-fighting detective, using data analysis and investigation skills to protect our platform from suspicious activity and ensure our players have a safe gaming experience.

What you will be doing

  • Detect and investigate fraudulent accounts using specialized tools and transaction analysis
  • Conduct deep-dive data analysis to identify potential risks and their impact on business decisions
  • Review transaction reports for suspicious patterns and flag concerning activity
  • Perform KYC reviews and Enhanced Due Diligence on high-risk customers
  • Verify customer payment methods and assess documentation requirements
  • Collaborate with team members to analyze findings and present investigation results

What we are looking for

  • Strong analytical skills with experience in fraud detection or risk management
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and transaction monitoring systems
  • Knowledge of KYC/AML procedures and compliance requirements
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot patterns in large datasets
  • Strong communication skills for presenting findings and collaborating with teams
  • Ability to work independently while meeting productivity targets and deadlines

You will need your own office setup with a self-provided laptop or PC, headset, and a reliable internet connection that meets the following requirements:

  • PC: Intel i5 4th Gen (or higher) – self-provided, OS Version: Windows 10 or higher , RAM: Minimum 8 GB, HDD Space: Minimum 1 GB available
  • Internet: Ethernet/hardline connection with a minimum 10Mbps upload & download speed, backup internet provider for reliability
  • Requirement to work flexible hours, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
