Operations Specialist
, siendo parte clave del equipo de operaciones desde CDMX, dando seguimiento a las cargas, coordinando con choferes y transportistas, y asegurando una comunicación clara con nuestros clientes en Estados Unidos.

Responsabilidades principales

  • Coordinar el booking de cargas y la asignación de unidades para que cada embarque salga en tiempo y forma.
  • Dar seguimiento a las cargas (
    track & trace
    ), monitoreando en todo momento dónde está el camión y el producto.
  • Mantener comunicación constante con clientes y choferes para informar estatus, ETAs, cambios y cualquier incidencia en ruta.
  • Construir relaciones de confianza con clientes y transportistas, cuidando siempre el nivel de servicio.
  • Registrar de manera ordenada la información de cada carga en los sistemas internos y reportes de seguimiento.
  • Colaborar de cerca con el Operations Manager para alinear prioridades y apoyar en la resolución de problemas operativos.

Requisitos

  • Mínimo 1 año de experiencia
    en logística, transporte,
    freight brokerage
    o seguimiento operativo de cargas.
  • Inglés intermedio–avanzado, con capacidad para atender llamadas y correos con clientes en EE. UU.
  • Formación en Logística, Comercio Internacional, Negocios, Ingeniería o carrera afín (o experiencia equivalente comprobable).

Competencias

  • Muy buena organización, capacidad para manejar varias cargas al mismo tiempo y atención al detalle en el registro de información.
  • Actitud proactiva, muchas ganas de aprender, orientación al servicio y gusto por trabajar en equipo en un entorno de ritmo rápido.

Condiciones

  • Modalidad: Presencial en oficina en CDMX
  • Horario: Lunes a viernes en horario administrativo
  • Esquema: Sueldo base
