Buscamos un(a) Salesforce Developer Senior a partir de 2 a 4 años de experiencia en Salesforce Sales y Service Cloud, enfocado(a) en soporte a producción, mantenimiento y desarrollo evolutivo. Participará en análisis, diseño, implementación, integraciones y liberaciones entre ambientes bajo prácticas de control de cambios e integración continua.
Requisitos
- 2–4 años desarrollando en Salesforce (Sales/Service) orientado a soporte y mantenimiento.
- Experiencia en automatizaciones y configuración funcional.
- Experiencia en desarrollo con Apex y componentes Lightning.
Conocimientos técnicos (imprescindibles)
- Lightning Experience
- Objetos, campos, fórmulas, reglas de validación
- Perfiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules
- Chatter
- Process Builder y Flows
- Data Loader (extracción e importación)
- LWC y Aura
- Apex Triggers (referencia framework Kevin O'Hara)
- Apex Controllers (Aura y Visualforce)
- Batch processes
- Reportes/Informes
- Despliegues: Change Sets y Metadata API
- Control de versiones: Git (Bitbucket deseable)
Conocimientos funcionales
- Soporte, mantenimiento y desarrollo de funcionalidades en Salesforce.
- Experiencia con lineamientos/operación para bancas/áreas: BMI, Campañas, Seguros, Wibe y Riesgos
- Integración continua y pases entre ambientes con Jira + Git.
- Integraciones con diversas plataformas mediante REST/SOAP, configuración estándar, Visualforce y clases Apex.
Plus (deseable)
- Integraciones con: ASO, Datio, Google, Data X
- Certificación Salesforce relacionada (Admin / App Builder / Platform Developer I/II / Sales/Service Cloud) y/o especialización.
Responsabilidades
- Atender incidencias, ajustes y mejoras en plataformas Salesforce (soporte y mantenimiento).
- Levantamiento de requerimientos, diseño de solución e implementación end-to-end.
- Desarrollo declarativo y programático en Salesforce.
- Construcción/mantenimiento de integraciones REST/SOAP con plataformas externas.
- Despliegues y pases entre ambientes con control de cambios.
- Elaboración y mantenimiento de reportes e informes.
- Trabajo con Jira y metodologías Ágiles/Scrum.
- Versionamiento y colaboración con Git/Bitbucket.
