As we continue to scale, we're looking for a Employee Experience Specialist (International) who is passionate about connecting the right people to the right opportunities, while helping us build and nurture a strong, healthy remote culture. The incumbent would work in an independent contractor capacity.

What You'll Do
As our Employee Experience Specialist, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of our team by:
- Managing the full-cycle recruitment process across a variety of international roles (marketing, developers, customer service, sales, etc.)
- Partnering with hiring managers to deeply understand team needs and create compelling, inclusive job postings
- Identifying and engaging top talent through innovative sourcing strategies, social media, referrals, networking, and job boards
- Acting as a brand ambassador, exciting candidates about our mission, team culture, and growth trajectory
- Maintaining a seamless and human candidate experience from first touchpoint to final offer
- Continuously learning and applying the latest recruitment trends, tools, and best practices, including AI-powered sourcing and automation
- Championing diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of recruitment
- Leading the onboarding and orientation processes that support engagement and retention from day one
- Conducting regular check-ins with new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the team
- Continuously optimize and improve our employee experience
- Participate in company OKRs and lead HR-related OKR projects
- Any other tasks as required by the department and/or HR Manager
What We're Looking For
- Post-secondary degree in Human Resources Management or similar
- 1-2 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience (in-house)
- Passionate about people, storytelling, and culture-fit hiring
- A curious mindset and a strong desire to learn and evolve in the ever-changing hiring landscape
- Proven experience using AI tools in recruitment (e.g., sourcing, screening, or interview automation)
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, written and verbal
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, remote environment
- Solid organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple searches and/or tasks at once
- Experience in high-growth, eCommerce, or construction-related environments is an asset
- Familiarity with ATS platforms (e.g., BambooHR ATS, Zoho Recruit) is preferred
