**Position**: Client Experience Specialist

**Salary Range**:$1,100 - $1,300

**Schedule**: 9 am to 5:30 am EST

**Role Overview**

We are seeking a **Client Experience Specialist** who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and naturally identifying sales opportunities during support conversations. You will be the voice of our brand, ensuring customer satisfaction while proactively promoting products and solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Resolve customer issues with a proactive, problem-solving approach.
- Track customer interactions accurately in CRM systems.
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and sales-related goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and solve customer issues.
- Maintain clear, professional communication with customers and colleagues.

**Required Skills and Experience**
- 1-2 years experience in a customer service role.
- 1 year sales experience (retail, upselling, inbound sales, call center preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving mindset — not just script-following.
- Adaptability: Able to shift between service and sales conversations smoothly.
- Takes initiative and thrives in independent work environments
- Comfortable working with KPIs and sales targets.
- Experience using CRM or helpdesk platforms for tracking tickets, chats, and calls.
