About Us

Vibe Adventures is a Mexico City–based travel startup building digital products for international travelers. We are looking for a student or recent graduate who is interested in user experience, product thinking, and working closely with real users and a tech team.

The Role

We are hiring a Product & UX Intern to support user research, UX design, and product coordination. This role combines UX work in Figma with direct communication with users and structured collaboration with the development team.

What You'll Do

  • Work on UX design and user flows in Figma for website and product improvements.
  • Collect and organize user feedback from customers and internal teams.
  • Help translate user needs into clear product requirements and tasks.
  • Assist with managing tickets, feature requests, and product documentation.
  • Support usability testing and validation of new features.
  • Prepare short reports and summaries to communicate insights to the team.

What We're Looking For

Profile

  • Interest in UX, product, and user-centered digital products.
  • Comfortable communicating with users and internal teams.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
  • Interest in travel and digital products.

Technical

  • Solid Figma skills (wireframes, flows, basic prototypes).
  • Understanding of UX principles, user journeys, and UX writing.
  • Comfortable using collaboration or ticket tools (Notion, Jira, Trello, Linear, or similar).
  • English level of at least 70% (written and spoken).
  • Technical background and basic codign skills are a plus.

Experience

Previous experience through internships, academic projects, or personal projects is welcome but not required.

What We Offer

  • Compensation: 5,000 MXN net/month (~30 hours/week), contrato de prestación de servicios.
  • Fully remote with flexible working hours.
