Are you a detail-driven Senior Accountant who loves structure, accuracy, and the optimization of financial workflows?

We're supporting one of our international clients in finding a high-impact Senior Accountant with strong Acumatica expertise to join their growing team in Mexico.

What You'll Do

  • Act as the Acumatica expert, optimizing modules, workflows, and financial reporting tools.
  • Support the preparation of financial statements aligned with GAAP/IFRS standards.
  • Generate accurate internal financial reports and dashboards.
  • Execute month-end processes: reconciliations, journal entries, data validation, and documentation.
  • Assist with audit preparation, compliance tasks, and tax-related activities.
  • Maintain up-to-date, accurate records on revenues, expenses, payroll, and cash flow.
  • Collaborate closely with senior accounting leaders and cross-functional teams.
  • Stay current on accounting best practices to help strengthen internal controls and efficiency.

What We're Looking For

  • Expert proficiency in Acumatica ERP (required)
  • 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 3+ years at Senthe or/Controller level
  • CPA certification is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, internal controls, and reporting processes
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Comfort working in a fully English-speaking environment
  • Ability to work effectively with U.S. teams and meet deadlines in a dynamic, high-impact environment
  • Strong communication, organization, analytical thinking, and attention to detail
  • Experience with ERP systems, coding languages, or big data is a plus
  • Ability to start ASAP
