Requisitos

· Experiencia mínima de 1 año en el giro restaurantero o puesto similar.

· Conocimientos en inventarios, manejo de personal.

· Conocimientos básicos de computación. Paqueterías Word, Excel.

· Proactivo.

· Responsable.

· Con sentido de liderazgo.

· Disponibilidad para rolar turnos.

· Habilidades de comunicación

· Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión

Principales responsabilidades y funciones:

· Manejo de personal

· Asignación de horarios y actividades en cada área.

· Elaboración inventarios.

· Manejo de Efectivo y control del presupuesto.

· Análisis de indicadores y capacitación del personal.

· Toma de decisiones.

· Resolución de problemas prácticos y de operación.
