Job Description Summary

Ingeniería Mecánica, Industrial, Mecatrónica o afín. Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en la industria automotriz, interpretación de planos, Problem Solving (nivel alto), Core Tools, Sistema Calidad ISO, Conocimientos de Trabajo estándar, CPU, administración de cuentas controlables.

Job Description

Sus principales responsabilidades serán:

  • Mantener indicadores de seguridad en 0 accidentes registrables.
  • Realizar correcciones de condiciones de riesgo cumpliento a Hazard.
  • Mantener 0 reclamos con clientes.
  • SCRAP dentro de presupuesto.
  • Cumplimiento de PBA 100%.
  • Control de costos (supplies, tooling, mantenimiento, scrap y tiempo extra del área).
  • Asegurar el entrenamiento correcto de su personal.
  • Coordinación de líneas de producción.
  • Administración de personal directo (Team leader de Manufactura).
  • Liderar a equipos de trabajo GMP's.
  • Control de consumibles: Herramientas, Químicos y Equipos de Protección Personal.
  • Manejo y control de indicadores de producción (OEE, SCRAP, calidad, seguridad, programas de producción, Ideas K, CI, administración de personal a cargo, entrenamiento de su personal).
  • Reducción en budget de SCRAP.
  • Generar proyectos de Ahorro mediante CIP o Shanin.
  • Mantener el índice de accidentabilidad dentro de objetivo.
  • Cumplimiento a los requisitos del sistema de Calidad (LPA, Auditorías y cierre de hallazgos).
  • Cumplir con el plan de desarrollo de operadores.
  • Correcta Administración del Personal, elaboración de matrices de entrenamiento.
  • Elaboración de A3 de OEE, SCRAP y Gastos.
  • Auditorías de Calidad y Seguridad.

  • Soporte en el desarrollo y entrenamiento de TL.

  • Soporte en el control y administración de Gavetas de herramentales críticos de proceso.

  • Asegurar el trabajo estándar en las líneas de producción.
