Responsabilidades
RESPONSABILIDADES DEL PUESTO
  • Apoyar en la supervisión diaria de las actividades del almacén (recibo, surtido, almacenamiento y envíos).
  • Verificar en piso que las operaciones se ejecuten conforme a los procedimientos establecidos.
  • Dar seguimiento a las tareas asignadas al personal operativo.
  • Apoyar en el registro de movimientos de inventario en el sistema ERP.
  • Participar en inventarios físicos generales y conteos cíclicos.
  • Detectar y reportar discrepancias de inventario, daños o desviaciones de proceso.
  • Apoyar en la capacitación del personal nuevo en procedimientos del almacén.
  • Asegurar el orden, limpieza y correcta ejecución de 5's en el área.
  • Promover y cumplir con las normas de seguridad, higiene y control interno.
  • Coordinar movimientos internos de material entre áreas o edificios cuando sea requerido.
  • Elaborar reportes operativos básicos (estatus, incidencias, avances diarios).
  • Dar soporte al Supervisor o Coordinador de Almacén en actividades administrativas y operativas.
  • Ejecutar actividades adicionales relacionadas con el almacén conforme a las necesidades de la operación.
Requisitos
  • Carrera técnica o licenciatura/ingeniería trunca o concluida.
  • Experiencia en operaciones de almacén (recibo, surtido, embarques o inventarios).
  • Inglés básico a intermedio (deseable).
  • Conocimiento básico de Microsoft Office.
  • Manejo básico de ERP (Oracle, SAP, AX o similar).
  • Habilidad para coordinar y dar seguimiento a personal operativo.
  • Conocimiento general de procesos de almacén.
  • Experiencia mínima de 1 año en almacén o logística.
  • Conocimientos básicos de seguridad e inventarios.
