del rol:Buscamos un *Senior Data Scientist con mínimo 8 años de experiencia, responsable de **analizar grandes volúmenes de datos, desarrollar **modelos estadísticos y de Machine Learning, y transformar datos estructurados y no estructurados en **insights accionables* que impulsen la toma de decisiones del negocio.Responsabilidades principales:* Analizar grandes volúmenes de *datos estructurados y no estructurados*.* Diseñar, desarrollar e implementar *modelos estadísticos y algoritmos de Machine Learning*.* Recolectar, limpiar y preparar datos provenientes de múltiples fuentes.* Desarrollar *dashboards y visualizaciones* para comunicar hallazgos e insights.* Traducir resultados analíticos en *recomendaciones de negocio accionables*.* Colaborar con equipos técnicos y de negocio para entender requerimientos.* Realizar análisis ad-hoc según necesidades del negocio.* Mantenerse actualizado en *tendencias, herramientas y tecnologías* de Data Science.* Promover mejora continua en procesos y productos analíticos.Requisitos técnicos:* +8 años de experiencia como *Data Scientist* o rol similar.* Dominio de *Python, R y SQL*.* Experiencia con herramientas de visualización como *Tableau o Power BI*.* Conocimiento sólido en *estadística aplicada y análisis estadístico*.* Experiencia práctica con frameworks de ML:* *TensorFlow** *scikit-learn** *PyTorch** Experiencia trabajando con *grandes volúmenes de datos* y soluciones de *data warehousing*.* Capacidad para conectar análisis de datos con *estrategia de negocio*.Requisitos adicionales:* Maestría o PhD en *Data Science, Estadística, Ciencias de la Computación o afín** Certificaciones en Data Science o Machine Learning (deseable)**Inglés avanzado (mínimo B2 sólido – obligatorio)** Capacidad para trabajar en *esquema híbrido*Ubicación y esquema de trabajo:*Esquema híbrido** Trabajo presencial parcial en *Guadalajara** Opción híbrida desde *CDMX** Horario: Lunes a viernes, 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. > *Importante:* Se requiere residencia en *Guadalajara* o bien *disponibilidad para viajar* desde *CDMX* bajo un *esquema híbrido*.Los *viáticos para asistencia presencial* son *cubiertos por la empresa*.Ofrecemos:*Salario competitivo (bruto)** Contratación *100% nómina** Prestaciones de ley y *superiores** Aguinaldo y vacaciones premium**SGMM familiar** Seguro de vida* Vales de despensa* Fondo de ahorro* Bonos por desempeñoSi cumples con el perfil y buscas un reto serio, *con gusto conversemos*.ISC, IT ConsultantEdgar FloresCelular: Email: Veronica GarciaCelular: Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoSueldo: $50, $60,000.00 al mesBeneficios:Aumentos salarialesCaja de ahorroOpción a contrato indefinidoSeguro de gastos médicos mayoresSeguro de la vistaSeguro dentalSeguro de vidaVacaciones adicionales o permisos con goce de sueldoVales de despensaVales de restauranteLugar de trabajo: remoto híbrido en Guadalajara, Jal.
