Los analistas de seguridad de la información son responsables de mejorar la postura general de seguridad de la organización. Evalúan, prueban y documentan soluciones y controles de seguridad, y trabajan estrechamente con otros miembros del equipo de seguridad para remediar riesgos mientras permiten que el negocio innove.

Este rol exige adaptarse constantemente para mantenerse un paso adelante de los atacantes cibernéticos y estar al día sobre los métodos más recientes que utilizan para infiltrarse en sistemas informáticos. Se espera que los analistas aprendan y crezcan de manera continua. No es un puesto pasivo: requiere pasión por la seguridad y rigor para proteger el negocio.

Los analistas colaboran con equipos internos y externos, junto con la gestión tecnológica y las partes interesadas del negocio.

Responsabilidades clave

Utilizar y configurar sistemas técnicos para monitorear actividad inusual y sospechosa en una amplia gama de productos.

Apoyar en la definición de estándares de configuración de seguridad para sistemas y aplicaciones empresariales.

Participar como miembro del equipo de seguridad en procesos de gestión de cambios.

Colaborar en proyectos técnicos y no técnicos que requieran supervisión de seguridad para garantizar el cumplimiento de políticas, procedimientos y estándares.

Apoyar en la monitorización y respuesta a incidentes (IR) en conjunto con los equipos del centro de operaciones de seguridad (SOC).

Mantener estándares de gestión de proveedores, cuestionarios y documentación para cumplir con la normativa.

Interactuar con partes interesadas internas y externas para evaluaciones de riesgos.

Recomendar nuevos enfoques de seguridad y cambios en procesos que fortalezcan los controles sin afectar la innovación del negocio.

Actuar como enlace del equipo de seguridad en iniciativas de equipos de producto.

Realizar otras tareas asignadas.

Habilidades y requisitos

Inglés C1

Al menos 3 a 5 años de experiencia en seguridad de la información (o combinación de 3 a 5 años en administración de sistemas TI con enfoque en seguridad).

Experiencia en respuesta a incidentes, monitorización y análisis de sistemas.

Capacidad para comunicar eficazmente el riesgo empresarial relacionado con la seguridad de la información.

Experiencia en evaluaciones de riesgos que protejan el negocio y cumplan con leyes de privacidad y normativas.

Conocimiento de múltiples plataformas: Windows, OSX, Linux, Unix, redes, endpoints y plataformas en la nube como Azure, AWS y Google Cloud.

Experiencia aplicando inteligencia de amenazas, indicadores de compromiso (IOCs) y análisis de vulnerabilidades.

Experiencia trabajando con MSSPs para soporte en monitorización y respuesta.

Excelentes habilidades de comunicación e influencia en unidades de negocio.
