About the Role
We're a fast-growing marketing agency in the health industry, looking for a
personable, motivated and results-driven Engagement Specialist
to join our remote team.
In this role, you'll connect with
prospective patients via phone and email
, guiding them from interest in a life-changing medical solution to a booked consultation for non-surgical pain relief treatments. You will be their first touchpoint - helping them feel understood and supported while ensuring every detail is managed with precision.

Key Responsibilities
- Engage warm leads via phone, SMS, and email — turning initial interest into booked consultations with our healthcare partners.
- Book and confirm appointments accurately in CRM and partner systems, ensuring a seamless experience for every patient.
- Build rapport and drive conversions through genuine, empathetic, and confident communication.
- Follow up with leads to maximize booked consultations
- Maintain accurate CRM records to keep our workflow running smoothly.
- Collaborate and improve by sharing insights, embracing coaching, and striving for excellence every day.
Requirements
- Fluent English (B2+ level, spoken & written)
- Experience in customer engagement, appointment setting, telesales, or customer service (remote or contact center experience welcomed)
- Reliable internet connection (20 Mbps down / 10 Mbps up minimum)
- Dual-screen setup for efficient workflow
- Availability to work
shifts in Eastern Standard Time (EST)
— we are open 7 days a week, from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM EST
Shifts include both weekday and weekend hours
You won't work all day, but must be available for weekend scheduling as part of your regular shift

What We Offer
Competitive rate of $5 USD per hour + performance-based commissions
