Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end design of high-complexity models (deep learning, advanced forecasting, optimization).
  • Partner with senior leadership to define data science strategy and roadmaps.
  • Architect feature engineering frameworks, experimentation standards, and modeling conventions.
  • Oversee deployment and integration of models using Spark and Databricks.
  • Mentor and technically guide L1 and L2 Data Scientists.
  • Review and standardize best practices for code, modeling, documentation, and validation.
  • Communicate analytical direction to C-level and VP-level stakeholders.

Must-have Skills 

  • Bachelor's in DS/CS/Stats/Math or equivalent experience; Master's preferred.
  • 7+ years in applied data science with proven business impact.
  • Skilled in Python, Spark, SQL, and cloud-scale ML pipelines.
  • Skilled monitoring model's drift
  • Strong experience deploying models in Azure Databricks using MLflow.
  • Deep understanding of experimentation, causal inference, and business impact modeling.
  • Strong critical thinking for ML + BI integration (Power BI preferred).

Nice-to-have:

  • Publications, open-source contributions, training, or conference participation.
  • Exposure Data and AI governance, and enterprise data strategy.
  • Leadership experience overseeing multi-project teams.
