Working Hours
Monday – Thursday, 7:00 PM – 5:00 AM,
Thursday – Sunday, 7:00 PM – 6:00 AM, Thursday – Sunday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Responsibilities
- Manages the customer board by: Calling carriers to confirm pick up and deliveries and advise. dispatcher/shipper/consignee of delays.
- Emailing/calling clients when shipments are delivered.
- Track and trace merchandise to provide the latest updates quickly.
- Entering pro number and obtaining PODs after shipments are dropped off at our terminals.
- Providing PODs to billing.
- Provides key clients with distinct customer service for specialized needs.
- Requests missing PODs from carriers when advised by billing.
- Provides daily reports to key clients.
- Informs dispatchers if appointments are required for delivery.
- Supports dispatchers with data entry when needed.
Salary & Benefits
- Pay: Hourly, $ 8.00 – 9.00
