Job Objective

Prepare and coordinate import/export documentation to ensure compliance with export regulations of the country of origin.

Responsibilities

  1. Coordinate and prepare import/export documents, such as license determinations, etc.
  2. Review and ensure that invoices, shipments, and/or import/export documentation are accurate and comply with legal, governmental, and/or customs regulations.
  3. Calculate duties, tariffs, price conversions, weight, and volume of goods exported to/from destinations.
  4. Generate, file, and maintain shipping documentation to ensure compliance with accurate record-keeping requirements.
  5. Monitor shipment delays due to documentation issues.
  6. Responsible for the execution, control, and supervision of foreign trade operations (import and export).
  7. Review and integrate documents for the foreign trade archive.
  8. Ensure timely follow-up of shipments to avoid additional expenses.
  9. Communicate with transport companies and customs agencies to guarantee the efficient flow of foreign trade operations.
  10. Ensure that all customs entries are under control and that backup copies are available (A1, V1, F4, F5, BO, BM, I1, C1).
  11. Manage and control fixed assets.
  12. Handle VUCEM processes.
  13. Follow up on IMMEX VAT Certification subscription for a new company.
  14. Coordinate and generate DODA, BL validation.
  15. Responsible for Annex 24 and 30.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Foreign Trade, International Business, or related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of work experience in international traffic or foreign trade and customs.
  • Knowledge of customs legislation, RGCE, and LIGIE.
  • Experience with FDA, COFEPRIS, C-TPAT, OEA.
  • Spoken and written English (+80% desirable).
  • Ability to work under pressure with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Proficiency in Ser Traffic or Ixport systems.
  • Detail-oriented and proactive.
  • Experience with Ser Traffic and Darwin (desirable).

Objetivo del puesto:

Prepara y coordina la documentación de importación/exportación para garantizar el cumplimiento de las normativas de exportación del país de origen.

Responsabilidades:

  1. Coordina y prepara documentos de importación/exportación, tales como determinaciones de licencias, etc.
  2. Revisa y garantiza que las facturas, los envíos y/o la documentación de importación/exportación sean precisos y cumplan con las normativas legales, gubernamentales y/o aduaneras.
  3. Calcula los aranceles, las tarifas, las conversiones de precios, el peso y el volumen de la mercancía exportada hacia/desde los destinos.
  4. Genera, archiva y mantiene la documentación de los envíos para garantizar el cumplimiento de los requisitos de registro preciso.
  5. Realiza un seguimiento de los retrasos en los envíos debidos a problemas de documentación.
  6. Es responsable de la ejecución, el control y la supervisión de las operaciones de comercio exterior (importación y exportación).
  7. Revisa e integra los documentos para el archivo de comercio exterior.
  8. Garantiza el seguimiento oportuno del envío de los envíos para evitar gastos adicionales.
  9. Se comunica con las empresas de transporte y las agencias de aduanas para garantizar el flujo eficiente de las operaciones de comercio exterior.
  10. Se asegura de que todos los pedimentos estén bajo control y de que se disponga de una copia de seguridad de los mismos (A1, V1, F4, F5, BO, BM, I1, C1).

Requisitos:


• Licenciatura en Comercio Exterior, Negocios Internacionales o campo relacionado.


• De 3 a 5 años de experiencia laboral en tráfico internacional o comercio exterior y aduanas.


• Conocimientos de legislación aduanera, RGCE y LIGIE.


• Experiencia en FDA, COFEPRIS, C-TPAT, OEA.


• Inglés hablado y escrito (+80 % deseable).


• Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión y con un alto sentido de la urgencia.


• Dominio del sistema Ser Traffic o Ixport.


• Orientado a los detalles y proactivo.


• Experiencia en Ser Traffic y Darwin (deseable).
