Marketing Assistant

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Marketing Assistant to join our team in Cancún. This position is ideal for recent graduates or individuals looking to begin their career in marketing. You will support day-to-day marketing activities and gain valuable hands-on experience in a dynamic and creative environment.

Responsibilities

This role is designed to assist the marketing team leaders with the follow-up and execution of a wide range of marketing tasks and strategies, including social media management across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and YouTube. Responsibilities include supporting the coordination of digital campaigns, tracking performance metrics, maintaining brand consistency, and contributing to web marketing efforts and paid advertising on social media. The role also involves using tools like Google Analytics to analyze campaign performance and providing support for traditional marketing initiatives, including event planning and promotion, to ensure effective implementation of both digital and offline strategies.

Qualifications

Fluent in Spanish (spoken and written)

Conversational English (intermediate level or higher)

Degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field (Graduated or currently completing their final semester

No previous work experience required, but any prior experience in marketing is considered a plus

Basic knowledge of graphic design and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is a strong plus
