We're seeking an HR Generalist who can:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment
- Hold our location teams accountable: review, track, and document compliance for training, continuing education, daily checklists, and work assessments
- Manage employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; review policies and practices to maintain compliance
- Maintain a positive attitude and be a team player
You'll be responsible for the following functional areas; recruitment, team accountability, company culture and development, and Human Resources administrative related duties. You also will carry out responsibilities in additional functional areas as needed.
You must be well organized, flexible, must have excellent attention to detail, be able to work independently with little supervision, and enjoy the challenges of supporting an organization in many areas.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business administrations, Human Resources or relevant field (Required)
- Minimum of 2 years in a HR Generalist, HR Specialist or related experience (Required)
- Minimum of 1 year experience with ADP (preferred)
- HRIS experience (preferred)
- HR Certification is a plus
- Bilingual: English/ Spanish (preferred)
