Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including talent acquisition and onboarding
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
- Nurture a positive working environment by promoting corporate values and culture
- Conduct employee orientation and facilitate training sessions on HR policies and procedures
- Oversee and manage performance appraisal system to ensure effectiveness, compliance, and equity within the organization
- Maintain knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting HR functions
- Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies and procedures
- Handle employee relations counseling, outplacement counseling, and exit interviewing

Qualifications:

- Proven working experience as an HR Generalist or relevant experience
- Excellent knowledge of HR functions such as compensation and benefits, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, etc.
- Strong ability to build relationships with employees at all levels of the organization
- Demonstrated success in talent acquisition strategies including sourcing, interviewing, and selection processes
- Ability to conduct research on various HR topics and stay updated on industry trends
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Pay: $120.00 - $172.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
