TATA*
is looking for VDI Automation Support.

Location: Availability to work in Querétaro, Monterrey, Guadalajara or CDMX; hybrid mode.

Experience: +3 years

Required skills:

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance automation processes using
    PowerShell
    .
  • Manage and query databases using
    SQL
    for reporting and analytics.
  • Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports
    in Power BI.
  • Collaborate with teams to understand automation requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
  • Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvements through automation.
  • Support in areas such as Citrix, Firewall/Networking, VMware, and Cloud platforms (Azure,
    AWS
    ) when needed.
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure that automation solutions align with business needs.

Technical requirements:
