Descripción del empleo
- Identify and manage all project development qualities during and after development
- Resolving Software & Hardware issues and communicating with the customer to handle the issues.
- Coach and mentor engineer's, one-stop-shop for OEM customers and internal people.
- Manage OEM customer design request, develop APQP and manage 3rd party solution.
- Develop a feature (if necessary, multiple functions).
- Development planning as well as managing multiple feature development milestone
- Support to resolve both business, manufacturing, and technical issues
- Support cross-functional teams Validation, Manufacturing, procurement/Purchasing, Sales and Quality, customers
- Communicate with HQ in S. Korea cross-functional teams not limited to program
- Release weekly development progress report and communicate with customer's engineers
- Other duties as assigned
Requisitos
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
- +5 years of experience in automotive electronics or wireless charging systems development.
- Familiarity with Qi wireless charging standards, automotive EMC/EMI requirements, and CAN communication protocols.
- Strong problem-solving skills with hands-on experience in debugging hardware/software integration issues.
- Ability to work independently at the customer's site and manage multiple technical tasks.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with OEMs, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Experience with automotive testing tools such as Vector CANoe, oscilloscopes, and thermal analysis tools is a plus.
