About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and proactive IT Delegate based in Mexico City, Mexico, to oversee all technical infrastructure and digital operations for Kings League Americas. This role is vital to ensuring flawless delivery of live events, broadcasts, and day-to-day league operations from a technological standpoint. The successful candidate will possess strong IT expertise, a deep understanding of the demands of live sports productions, and the ability to thrive in high-pressure environments. You will act as the technical backbone of the league, working in close coordination with global counterparts to maintain high standards and drive innovation.Main Responsibilities

  • Lead all IT operations at Kings League Americas events and offices, including setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of networks, servers, AV systems, and live-streaming infrastructure.
  • Ensure robust connectivity and technical reliability for live matches, production teams, and digital content distribution.
  • Provide hands-on support for internal teams and talent during broadcasts and live events.
  • Maintain and monitor cybersecurity protocols to protect proprietary league content and systems.
  • Oversee procurement, installation, and inventory management of all IT and broadcast-related hardware and software.
  • Coordinate with global and regional IT teams to ensure infrastructure and technical protocols are aligned.
  • Document system configurations, incident response procedures, and technical workflows.
  • Stay informed about industry best practices and evolving technologies relevant to sports entertainment IT.
  • Provide training and guidance to staff on the use of new tools and systems.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for any IT-related emergencies or escalations during event production.

Requirements

  • Degree in Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or related discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience managing IT systems in live event or sports/broadcast environments.
  • In-depth knowledge of networking, cloud services, AV systems, and digital streaming technology.
  • Exceptional troubleshooting skills and comfort operating in fast-paced live production settings.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and best practices.
  • Ability to manage hardware/software procurement and vendor relationships efficiently.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written).
  • Flexible schedule and availability for evenings/weekends to support live matches and special events.
  • Experience working with global teams and adhering to international IT standards is a plus.
