About the Role

You will lead the planning and support team for field operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and consistent outcomes across complex projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of planners and coordinators.
  • Optimize scheduling, backlog, and crew utilization.
  • Monitor KPIs and implement process improvements.
  • Support regional strategy and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Develop the team to meet business growth and performance goals.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience, including 3 years in project management within Operations/Service.
  • Experience in a multinational environment.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Knowledge of SAP or Salesforce would be an advantage.
