Local Division Manager
Your Role: Own the Challenge
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of the service sales strategy within the assigned area. You will drive the profitable achievement of both qualitative and quantitative targets related to Life Cycle Management (LCM) and service products and solutions. You will also develop account and acquisition plans to support sustainable growth.
The work model for the role is: Hybrid
Global relocation/LTA support will not be considered for this position.
This role is contributing to the Motion Service Division (MOSE) in Mexico. Main stakeholders are customers in pulp and paper, mining, metal, cement, oil and gas and power segments.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, plan, and implement service sales strategies by increasing Installed Base (IB) penetration through effective use of the IB database.
- Lead negotiations of major service contracts to secure sales volume and long‑term customer relationships.
- Set, review, and achieve service sales targets by providing cost‑effective solutions and initiating improvement actions when needed.
- Collect and analyze feedback on sales performance, allocate resources for service sales activities, and report on market trends and status.
- Lead, coach, and motivate a specialized service sales team, fostering a high‑performance culture focused on customer satisfaction, collaboration, and target achievement..
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in service sales or account management, preferably in electrical motors, drives, or industrial automation.
- Strong expertise in service sales strategies, contract negotiation, and installed base management within the motors and drives industry.
- Experience using CRM systems, Salesforce, and digital service platforms.
- Strong customer focus with strategic thinking and the ability to deliver value‑driven solutions.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
