Como Socio en el Recorrido del Paciente (PJP) para CDMX Norte, actúas como el rostro local de Roche, transformando nuestro rol de ofrecer medicamentos a liderar la disrupción generativa. Te asocias con los actores del viaje de la Hemofilia para co-crear soluciones que mejoren los resultados de los pacientes más rápido. Este rol estratégico de alto nivel se enfoca en el valor al paciente, sin objetivos de ventas tradicionales.
La oportunidad:
Actúas como el punto de contacto principal entre los actores del ecosistema y Roche para mejorar el viaje del paciente.
Identificas barreras en el sistema de salud y movilizas recursos internos para eliminarlas.
Aseguras el uso ético y científico de nuestro portafolio compartiendo sus méritos con profesionales de la salud.
Identificas propósitos compartidos entre instituciones, médicos y pacientes para generar impacto social.
Fomentas una red colaborativa para conectar las capacidades de Roche con las necesidades de la comunidad.
Aprovechas herramientas digitales y datos del ecosistema para transformar información compleja en estrategias de impacto.
Representas a Roche como un socio estratégico, dejando atrás conceptos comerciales tradicionales por un enfoque de valor
Quién eres
Cuentas con título universitario en áreas científicas, económicas o de negocios.
Posees conocimiento profundo del sistema de salud mexicano y el recorrido del paciente en enfermedades raras.
Tienes capacidad probada para trabajar en entornos ágiles y redes colaborativas.
Demuestras una mentalidad emprendedora con autonomía para tomar decisiones estratégicas clave.
Radicas en la Ciudad de México y tienes disponibilidad un 30% del mes.
Preferencias
Maestría o MBA.
Experiencia específica en Hematología.
Habilidades de escucha profunda y consultoría para socios externos.
