Required Skills and Experience
Minimum 8 years of experience in related IT infrastructure roles.
Ability to team effectively across a large organization to bring together high performing cross functional teams to deliver services for customers
Ability to represent a seamless customer solution by integrating multiple service areas
Ability to manage and govern large business-to-business multi-year service contracts
Ability to become a customer trusted advisor who can recognize business needs and follow through to revenue expanding wins
In-depth knowledge of business controls and cost accounting with ability to manage a large contract P&L
Preferred Skills and Experience
Bachelor's degree
Six Sigma, PMP, and/or ITIL certifications
Successful long term customer relationship management
