As a DRAM Business Operations Analyst within Micron's Core Data Center Business Unit (CDBU), you will lead the operational execution and strategic alignment of DRAM product initiatives from concept through end-of-life. This includes coordinating sample fulfillment, managing system workflows, and ensuring product readiness through close collaboration with cross-functional teams. You'll serve as a key liaison between operations, and other internal teams to support seamless transitions from early-stage sampling to high-volume production and broader market availability.

Beyond product introduction, you'll drive long-term planning and execution by analyzing supply-demand dynamics, monitoring product performance, and managing product status transitions across the lifecycle. This includes maintaining accurate product data, supporting strategic decision-making, and ensuring alignment across planning, supply chain, and business teams. Success in this role requires a balance of operational field, strategic insight, and collaborative engagement to ensure CDBU's DRAM products are delivered competitively and reliably.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal Micron teams to define sample requirements, create part numbers, maintain internal sample policies, and ensure proper workflow set up in Salesforce and SAP for sample approvals and budget tracking.
• Manage the transition from NPI to high-volume production by tracking build schedules, communicating internally key milestones, and representing CDBU in smart sample planning with supply chain and other business units.
• Lead internal quarterly and long-term support planning, collaborate internally to resolve supply-demand gaps, and represent internal build strategies and safety stock targets for CDBU products.
• Conduct internal mix shift analysis, conduct internal upside feasibility assessments, and deliver insights through scenario modeling using tools like Excel, Power BI, and Tableau.
• Internally coordinate and execute Product Change Notifications (PCNs), manage product status codes, and oversee end-of-life processes including last-time buys, excess material cleanup, and master data updates.
• Collaborate internally to implement Customer Containment Rules (CCR), support Global Customer Specific Requirements (GCSR), and serve as the central contact for portfolio updates to ensure internal alignment.
• Develop internal documentation, improve operational workflows, and maintain regular internal process and data refreshes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Analyze internal roles and responsibilities, to facilitate clear communication across teams, manage internal meeting scheduling practices, and promote transparency through shared understanding of workflows.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a Business or Supply Chain related field, or the equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP business suite.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (B2-C1 English level)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with various internal Micron teams.
• Background or experience with DRAM technology.
