Job Description:

Promueve y coordina los proyectos de mejora en el área de Calidad y se asegura del cumplimiento regulatorio de cualquier cambio sugerido antes de la implementación. Adicionalmente se asegura de que los cambios sugeridos al área sean comunicados de forma adecuada y oportuna.

  • Genera y actualiza procedimientos del departamento.
  • Se asegura del cumplimiento de los procedimientos vigentes del departamento.
  • Genera y actualiza formatos controlados.
  • Se asegura del cumplimiento de las buenas prácticas de manufactura en el área.
  • Se asegura del cumplimiento de las regulaciones de la compañía en el área de Calidad.
  • Participa en auditorías internas (Sí aplica)
  • Promueve y coordina la ejecución de proyectos de mejora en el área de Calidad.
  • Asegura el cumplimiento regulatorio de cualquier proyecto de mejora.
  • Comunica los cambios sugeridos como parte de la mejora continua.
  • Realiza las compras de equipo y herramientas necesarias para su operación.
  • Define, implementa, mejora y clarifica métodos de inspección.
  • Analiza las causas de defectos reportados por inspectores y define disposición.
  • Toma decisiones sobre producto y material no conformante y rechazado bajo un MRDR (Forma de rechazo) y determina la disposición final aplicable.
  • Implementa acciones correctivas y preventivas según sea requerido.

Job Requirements:

  • Profesionista de preferencia Ingeniería Industrial o Mecánico.
  • Conocimientos de Sistema de Calidad, Estándares ISO 13485.
  • Deseable haber trabajado en procesos médicos, moldeo y/o electrónica.
  • Tener formación de auditor interno (deseable).
  • Deseable comunicación en Idioma Inglés al menos en un 80%.
