Prime Choice Funding Inc. established in 2007 is a nationwide Mortgage Brokerage headquartered in Orange County, California. We help homeowners save money, access equity, and achieve financial stability through smart lending solutions.

We are expanding our offshore operations and seeking experienced detail-oriented Senior Loan Processors and Loan Setup Specialists based in Mexico to support our US mortgage team.

Position Overview

We are hiring skilled remote mortgage processors who can review new loan files, complete full loan setup, and work closely with our US processors, loan officers, and operations teams.

Candidates must have strong mortgage processing experience and be comfortable working in a fast paced environment with precision, urgency, and accountability.

This is a remote work from home position for candidates located in Mexico only.

Key Responsibilities

Loan Setup and File Integrity

  • Review new files for accuracy and completeness
  • Mirror lender updates in the loan origination system and keep files updated
  • Update loan amounts, fees, escrow, income, HOA and HOI, program changes, and underwriting calculations as needed

Verification and Ordering

  • Order VOEs, VOAs, HOIs, and appraisals
  • Open title and escrow
  • Ensure appraisal payments and borrower authorizations are completed

Borrower Communication and Documentation

  • Collect borrower documents including income, assets, identification, HOI, and mortgage statements
  • Review documentation to match AUS findings
  • Guide borrowers through disclosures and document requirements

Coordination and Pipeline Management

  • Work directly with underwriters, loan officers, and senior processors
  • Review loan conditions and prepare files for underwriting and final approval
  • Manage deadlines with urgency in a high volume environment
  • Maintain file accuracy and readiness for audits

Requirements

  • Two or more years of mortgage processing experience brokerage experience preferred
  • Experience with Conventional FHA VA and Non QM loans
  • Experience using Calyx Path or similar loan origination systems
  • Strong English communication skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to mirror files accurately
  • Ability to work United States business hours Pacific Standard Time
  • Reliable home office setup with high speed internet
