We believe in providing our clients with the best quality services and fast turnaround. We have a team of experienced professionals ready to manage your products and needs. We offer all businesses, large or small, a highly trained, reliable 3rd party processing at significant savings.We are seeking a meticulous and organized Loan Setup Specialist to join our Loan Setup department. In this role, you will play a vital part in preparing loan files by ensuring all required documents are in place and ordering critical items such as Verifications of Employment (VOEs) and sending Disclosures.**Responsibilities**:- Order Verifications of Employment (VOEs) may apply.- Prepare and send Loan estimates, Closing Disclosures- Input loan data into the system, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.- Organize and maintain loan files, ensuring all required documents are gathered and properly labeled.- Communicate with loan officers, processors, and underwriters to address missing or incomplete information.- Monitor loan pipelines to ensure timely progression and processing of files.- Maintain strong attention to detail while working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.**Requirements and qualifications**:- Experience in mortgage- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite- English and Spanish Profficient**Benefits**- Paid training- Work From Home (Remote)- Monday thru Friday Works Schedule.Pay: $14,000.00 - $17,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):- Tienes Experiencie en Prestamos hipotecarios o personales?**Experience**:- Mortgage: 1 year (required)**Language**:- Inglés (required)Work Location: Remote
