Ansell is looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our team in Queretaro

The Marketing Specialist provides operational and administrative support to the Marketing team, with a strong focus on digital campaign execution, marketing automation, and event coordination. A key responsibility of this role is managing and executing campaigns through Marketo (or a similar Marketing Automation Platform), including email campaigns, landing pages, lead nurturing flows, database management, and performance reporting. The role also supports trade shows, webinars, and distributor marketing activities, ensuring proper branding, logistics coordination, and follow-up lead management in Salesforce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and deploy email campaigns, landing pages, nurture workflows, and marketing programs in Marketo (or similar system).
  • Maintain and segment marketing databases across regions.
  • Generate performance reports and propose improvements to increase engagement and open rates.
  • Ensure accurate lead management flow between Marketo, Salesforce, and social media campaigns.
  • Plan and execute webinars in collaboration with Sales and Digital teams.
  • Train speakers on ON24 platform and manage attendee tracking, reporting, and lead assignment.
  • Support regional trade shows and the annual LAC Kickoff event, including vendor coordination, materials, branding, budgeting, and logistics.
  • Manage A&P budget documentation and supplier invoicing.
  • Assist in organizing marketing materials and distributor contacts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business.
  • Strong knowledge of Marketo (or equivalent marketing automation platform); Marketo Admin Certification will be required.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce preferred.
  • Excellent organization, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to travel (~10%).
