**Why Ansell?**Discover more about our company, our people, and our values by visiting us at Ansell.**Ansell is looking for a Specialist Marketing Channel to join our team in Queretaro**In this position you will play a vital role in develop and execute traditional and digital marketing plan for Channel Distributors T2 in Mexico.In Addition, the Marketing Specialist for Channel T2, will support the NPD’s set up and promotion with T2 Distributors.**Key Responsibilities**:- Develop and execute annual marketing plans (traditional & digital) with T2 distributors.- Coordinate participation in trade shows and events in collaboration with sales teams.- Support product launches (NPD), promotions, and branding across distributor channels.- Manage content updates on distributor websites and social media using RCM tools.- Analyze digital performance, generate monthly reports, and ensure brand compliance.- Set up Salesforce campaigns, monitor leads and opportunities.- Deliver product information, customized catalogs, and implement incentive programs.- Oversee A&P budget, coordinate credit notes with finance teams.**Requirements**:- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.- 5-8 years of marketing experience, ideally with B2B or distributor channels.- Advanced English proficiency.- Strong project management and organizational skills.- Proficient in Office Suite; Salesforce knowledge is a plus.- Ability to travel up to 30%.- Proactive, collaborative, and results-driven mindset.**Equal Opportunity Employer**:Ansell is an EO Employer - M/F/Vets/Disabled and other protected categories.**Our Commitment to Belonging and Inclusion**:Ansell’s vision is about creating safe spaces where all perspectives are valued alongside individual contributions.
