Buscamos un L3 Senior Cloud Engineer con sólida experiencia en entornos cloud empresariales y operación crítica, que participe activamente en la ejecución, mantenimiento y evolución de nuestra infraestructura multicloud.

Este rol trabaja de manera transversal con los equipos de Infraestructura y Aplicaciones , y actúa como nivel de escalamiento L3 / SME para incidentes complejos y proyectos estratégicos de nube.

Requisitos Funciones y responsabilidades

Diseñar, crear y migrar aplicaciones desde entornos on-premise hacia Microsoft Azure y AWS .

Ejecutar implementaciones cloud mediante Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) , pipelines CI/CD y herramientas DevOps.

Desarrollar scripts y automatizar tareas repetitivas de infraestructura y nube.

Gestionar operaciones financieras en la nube y optimización de costos.

Administrar redes, seguridad, cumplimiento normativo y gobierno cloud .

Crear y mantener SOPs, runbooks y documentación de arquitectura .

Resolver incidentes simples, medianos y complejos en plataformas cloud.

Participar en la planificación y ejecución de Disaster Recovery .

Brindar soporte de escalamiento L3/SME , análisis RCA y gestión de cambios para incidentes críticos del negocio.

Participar en guardias rotativas (7 días cada 4 semanas).

Trabajo por turnos , alternando semanalmente.

Requisitos y cualificaciones

+5 años de experiencia en infraestructura TI y entornos cloud empresariales.

Mínimo 4–5 años de experiencia práctica trabajando con Azure y/o AWS en ambientes productivos críticos.

Experiencia previa actuando como nivel L3 / SME , dando soporte a incidentes críticos y proyectos estratégicos.

Sólido conocimiento de servicios cloud de Azure y AWS y servicios de infraestructura.

Inglés conversacional obligatorio

Certificaciones obligatorias:

Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate o Azure Solutions Architect Expert

AWS Certified: SysOps Administrator (Associate o Professional) o Solutions Architect (Associate o Professional)

Conocimientos técnicos:

Automatización y scripting ( PowerShell ).

Sistemas operativos Linux y Windows .

Terraform, Visual Studio, CloudFormation .

Contenedores y herramientas DevOps: Kubernetes, Azure DevOps, Jenkins , entre otros.

Conocimiento de ITIL v3/v4 .

Comprensión avanzada de arquitecturas tradicionales y arquitecturas cloud-native modernas .

Capacidad para diseñar soluciones altamente automatizadas y de bajo mantenimiento.
