Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in Zapopan, JAL. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing solar energy projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget management, and meeting quality standards. Responsibilities include coordinating with clients, managing logistics, conducting inspections, expediting project timelines, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The role also requires effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet project goals.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Project Management and the ability to lead projects from planning to execution.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment in Zapopan, JAL.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Prior experience in the renewable energy sector is an advantage.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software is beneficial.
