Responsabilidades principales:

  • Supervisar y coordinar los proyectos de entrega de última milla y las operaciones diarias.
  • Diseñar e implementar procesos operativos, incluyendo la definición y el seguimiento de indicadores clave de rendimiento (KPI).
  • Colaborar estrechamente con los centros de clasificación, los equipos de transporte de larga distancia y otras partes interesadas clave para garantizar la eficiencia y el rendimiento operativos.
  • Desarrollar planes estratégicos para optimizar la estructura de costes de las operaciones de última milla.
  • Guiar al equipo hacia el logro de acuerdos de nivel de servicio (SLA) de primer nivel e impulsar mejoras operativas continuas.
  • Supervisar a todos los proveedores y socios dentro de las regiones asignadas.

Requisitos:

  • Tres años en adelante de experiencia en operaciones logísticas de última milla.
  • Al menos 2 años de experiencia gestionando procesos operativos completos y reportando a la alta dirección.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar en diferentes turnos, incluyendo noches, fines de semana y festivos.
  • Inglés avanzado (B2-C1)
