Brand Manager
who is passionate about culture, storytelling, and building brands with global ambition.

What You'll do

Brand Strategy & Development

  • Lead end-to-end brand strategy with cultural relevance, commercial focus, and visual consistency.
  • Define and champion the brand's narrative, purpose, and positioning.
  • Ensure cohesive brand execution across global markets.

Insights, Analysis & Decision-Making

  • Analyze market, consumer, and sales data to drive strategic decisions.
  • Track trends, competitive moves, and category dynamics to identify growth opportunities.

Execution & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Develop key brand assets (brand book, guidelines, toolkits, communication frameworks).
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Innovation, Commercial, Finance, Legal, Operations & Advocacy.
  • Partner with creative agencies, distributors, and strategic allies to ensure flawless activation.

Innovation & Growth Initiatives

  • Support development of new product extensions, packaging updates, and innovation projects.
  • Contribute to brand expansion into new markets and emerging audiences.

Budget & Agency Management

  • Manage the brand's A&P budget with efficiency and impact.
  • Lead external agency relationships across creative, production, and execution.

What You Need

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Design or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 4+ years
    of experience building and managing brands (spirits, luxury, or CPG preferred).
  • Strong background in brand strategy, storytelling, identity, and execution.
  • Experience leading launches, creative development, and on-trade/off-trade activations.
  • Advanced English + strong analytical, creative, and leadership skills.
  • Excellent collaboration with internal teams and external partners.

  • Work schedule: Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm.
