About the role
We're looking for a highly capable and strategic Account Manager to lead client relationships and drive the execution of integrated marketing campaigns. You'll serve as the central point of contact across client engagements—building trust, translating business needs into actionable plans, and ensuring seamless delivery across teams. You'll lead a cross-functional account team and collaborate closely with colleagues across practice areas to deliver work that is cohesive, efficient, and results-driven.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, owns both the big picture and the details, and is passionate about creating meaningful impact for clients.

Key Responsibilities
Client Service: Act as the primary contact for key account, ensuring effective communication and understanding of their needs. Build deep relationships with clients by delivering proactive communication, thoughtful recommendations, and consistent value. Demonstrate exceptional communication skills, fostering collaboration between internal and external local or global teams. Facilitate clear and concise communication channels, ensuring seamless information flow across teams.

Team Delegation & Oversight: Assess account needs and delegate tasks appropriately across the account team, ensuring APMs are supported, empowered, and contributing effectively. Use sound judgment to balance strategic ownership with efficient execution across deliverables. Work closely with the project managers to help create and manage timelines that meet client goals.

Campaign Leadership & Collaboration: Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns by partnering with media, creative, and digital teams. Ensure strategies are aligned with client goals and the work is delivered with excellence from briefing through to production.

Growth, Estimates and Proposals: Proactively identify opportunities to expand services, deepen partnerships, and drive account growth. Prepare initial drafts of estimates and proposals, emphasizing transparency in project scope, costs, and expectations. Collaborate with team members to refine proposals and align them with client needs. Attention to Detail + Quality Assurance: Serve as the meticulous proofer and final reviewer for all materials, upholding the highest standards of precision and quality. Ensure all client interactions and project deliverables meet the agency's exacting standards.

Problem Solving: Exhibit creative and solution-oriented problem-solving skills, addressing challenges and proposing innovative solutions. Anticipate roadblocks and apply a solution-oriented mindset to keep projects on track. Navigate a fast-paced environment with agility, ensuring projects stay on course and objectives are met.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise · 3–5 years of agency experience managing integrated campaigns across digital, creative, and media · Strong client-facing and strategic skills, with the ability to translate client needs into clear marketing plans · Proven success managing scopes, budgets, timelines, and internal teams in a fast-paced environment · Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with experience engaging senior stakeholders · Familiarity with project tools like , Asana, or Airtable; bonus for HubSpot and content platforms · Able to delegate effectively, lead cross-functional collaboration, and maintain high attention to detail · Self-motivated, adaptable, and committed to delivering high-quality work and contributing to team growth · Open to some travel for this position based on Client meeting needs.
