What You'll Own

Accounts Payable

  • Process invoices with flawless accuracy and strong coding logic.
  • Drive 3-way matching (PO, invoice, receiving docs) with precision.
  • Reconcile vendor statements and untangle discrepancies.
  • Manage weekly/monthly payments (checks, ACH, wire).
  • Review employee expenses and ensure policy alignment.
  • Maintain vendor records and handle inquiries with confidence.
  • Support audits, elevate processes, and bring continuous improvement mindset.
  • Jump into month-end close, accruals, and reconciliations.

Accounts Receivable

  • Create and deliver client invoices—on time and error-free.
  • Monitor AR ageing and proactively follow up on overdue accounts.
  • Record and reconcile client payments.
  • Troubleshoot billing or payment inconsistencies.
  • Communicate directly with clients for billing and collections.
  • Support month-end AR closings with accuracy and speed.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Administration, or similar.
  • 2–3 years of experience in AP/AR or related accounting roles.
  • Advanced English (C1+) — you'll use it daily.
  • Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data handling).
  • Experience with Dynamics 365 F&O, SAP, QuickBooks, NetSuite, Sage, or similar.
  • High attention to detail, structure, and accountability.
  • Ability to perform at a startup pace: fast, smart, adaptable.
  • Comfort working in high-expectation, client-centric environments.

Bonus points if you have:

ERP expertise, programming/coding skills, experience with large datasets, or a mindset for automation.
