Join Colgate Business Services Mexico, where your primary goal will be to drive efficiency and effectiveness in Accounts Payable. As an Accounts Payable Business Associate you will support daily AP operations, resolving escalations with local teams and Mumbai CBS Center. You will be identifying and leading continuous improvement initiatives, analyzing KPIs and metrics reports to ensure service is delivered timely.

Your Mission: What You Will Do

  • Oversees Daily AP Operations by supporting day-to-day activities, handling escalations, inquiries, and emergency payments with the Mumbai team.
  • Leads Continuous Improvement (CI), identifying trends, root causes, and implementing remediation actions to optimize processes.
  • Conducts Performance Analytics, analyzing reports and KPIs, documenting variances, and providing commentary for metrics outside the SLA.
  • Resolves Local Issues by collaborating with local teams to address potential issues efficiently.

Must-Haves for Success: Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or related field.
  • 3+ years in Financial areas, such as Source to Pay, Accounting and/or Credit to Cash.
  • SAP and Google Suite management experience.
  • Previous project management experience.
  • Advanced English level.
