We're looking for a motivated and data-driven professional to join our Operations team as an Operations Analyst. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a passion for improving processes and performance in a fast-paced environment.

As part of Rappi, you will be responsible for:

Role Overview:
We're looking for a motivated and data-driven professional to join our Operations team as an Operations Analyst. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a passion for improving processes and performance in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Track and analyze key operational metrics such as efficiency, fulfillment, lead times, and performance indicators.

Build and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor results and identify opportunities for improvement.

Collaborate with Operations, Tech, and Commercial teams on optimization initiatives and strategic projects.

Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support data-driven decision making.

Ensure data accuracy and consistency across databases and reports.

Good and now, what are the requirements for me to be part of this neon universe?

Requirements:

Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Actuarial Science, or a related field.

Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, charts).

Preferred: knowledge of SQL and data visualization tools (Power BI, Looker Studio, Tableau).

Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with the ability to communicate insights clearly.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with large datasets.
