Responsibilities

  • Monitor and follow up on general cargo operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution.
  • Coordinate with shipping lines to secure bookings, verify schedules, and resolve operational issues.
  • Request, track, and confirm payments in internal systems, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Maintain close communication with internal and external customers, addressing inquiries and providing updates.
  • Prepare, update, and maintain detailed tracking reports in coordination with customs brokers, customers, and internal teams.
  • Support continuous improvement by identifying process gaps and proposing corrective actions.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams (yard, transport, administration) to ensure smooth coordination.
  • Share customer requirements with suppliers and monitor their proper implementation.
  • Reconcile accounts with suppliers, verify charges, and follow up on payments.
  • Execute additional tasks assigned by leadership with professionalism and accuracy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain coordination.
  • Strong knowledge of customs processes, shipping documentation, and financial follow-up.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • English proficiency.
