WE ARE HIRING:

TikTok Shops Influencer Marketing Assistant (Beauty)
Requirements

  • Intermediate level of English
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Advertising, Public Relations, or a related field
  • Familiarity with TikTok, TikTok Shops, and influencer campaign management tools
  • Experience with CRM platforms, spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets), and analytics tools (such as TikTok *Creator Center or HypeAuditor) is desirable

Activities

  • Operational support for administrative and logistical tasks of the Influencer Marketing team on TikTok Shop
  • Assist in preparing presentations, meeting notes, and task follow-ups
  • Organize influencer databases, contracts, status updates, and KPIs
  • Coordinate shipments, materials, evidence screenshots, and links
  • Update internal tracking dashboards and deliverables
  • Support logistics for workshops, calls, or activations
