We're looking for a Healthcare Regulatory & Compliance Specialist I (HRCS I) to join our Compliance team and contribute to the growth of our Compliance Library and knowledge base.

Job Description

As a Healthcare Regulatory & Compliance Specialist I, you will:

  • Develop and update compliance templates, policies, checklists, competency assessments, and other related resources.
  • Research, interpret, and link federal and state regulations, accreditation standards, and evidence-based practices to MedTrainer solutions.
  • Create and maintain compliance documents, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to formatting and metadata standards.
  • Apply A.I. tools to enhance the creation, adaptation, and organization of compliance materials.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely delivery of compliance projects and initiatives.
  • Take initiative to improve internal processes and adapt quickly to new technologies and priorities.
Qualifications

What We're Looking For

Education & Certifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (Required).
  • Master's degree (Preferred).

Experience

  • Experience with healthcare compliance or privacy programs involving interpretation and application of regulations and standards of care.
  • Experience developing and/or implementing policies, procedures, or compliance resource documents.
  • Familiarity with A.I. tools for personal or professional use (Preferred).
  • Significant A.I. experience may be considered in lieu of healthcare knowledge if the candidate demonstrates the ability to learn and adapt quickly.

Knowledge & Skills

  • General understanding of healthcare regulations, compliance practices, and policy development.
  • Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills to interpret and apply regulations effectively.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, especially in context, format, and consistency.
  • Excellent English communication skills (speaking, reading, and writing).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and adaptability to learn new software.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
